ES&S wins Bureau of Meteorology
radar contract

Australian Bureau of Meteorology has recently announced that Environmental
Systems and Services has been awarded a major contract to supply high-tech
weather radars as part of a $62 million national upgrade of weather
facilities. The contract award follows an extensive international tendering
process conducted over the past year. The contract period is for five
plus five years with the collective value over the first five years
in excess of $11 million and, over the full period, estimated to be
in excess of $25 million. |
