ES&S completes installation of Inclinometer network at Sydney's M7/M4 Light Horse interchange

As part of the ongoing maintenance works at Sydney's M7/M4 Light-horse interchange, ES&S has just completed the phase 1 implementation of a Geotechnical monitoring project in conjunction with Abigrioup-Leighton Joint Venture. The scope of works included drilling & installation of inclinometer casing as well as supply of inclinometer probe hardware & G-tilt analysis software. This now gives the M7 operators the ability to monitor depth, measure lateral displacement & deformation of the embankments and therefore predict any potential issues that may arise.

Phase 2 of the project has just commenced and will involve further expansion of the inclinometer network across the M7/M4 site.
