Successfull Weather Balloon Launch by Caufield Grammar year 9 Student
ES&S are extremely pleased to announce the successfull launch and retrieval of Callen Hardie's student project weather balloon at the Bureau of Meteorology in Mildura.
Callen worked extremely hard throuhgout his project and was exceptional in tracking the payload once returned to terra firma.
Image above shows Callen filling the weather balloon in the early stages of the morning.
"Many thanks for all your assistance with my student project. I released the balloon successfully on Sunday at BOM Mildura. With no wind and a clear blue sky, we could see the balloon for ages."
